Slate Tile

Since the opening of the HSCC building in 2001, slate tiles have been a beloved way to memorialize or honor a cherished pet, relative, or friend. For a donation of $1,000 you can personalize a tile that will be permanently installed in the lobby.

Your message may have 15 letters, spaces and punctuation marks per line. Please use upper and lower case letters just as you would like them to appear on your tile. Each tile is 6”x 9”.
