Thank you for your interest in the Humane Society of Chittenden County's Walk & Run for the Animals! To register for this event, please fill out the information below. Once you register, you will receive your pledge envelope in the mail.

Do you plan to participate in the Walk or 5K Run ?

WALK You can participate in the Walk individually or as a team with or without a dog. A team consists of 2 or more people who raise at least $500 and walk together. A team can include friends, neighbors, colleagues, classmates, family members, customers, and anyone else you want! Every $100 raised earns an exclusive event t-shirt. Only Team Captains should register on this form. You will be mailed a form and pledge envelopes to register the rest of your team.

How many team members will your team have? (You can estimate this # - we just need to know how many pledge envelopes to send you initially; you can always get more. Remember, a team consists of 2 or more people who raise at least $500 - the more the merrier!)

5K RUN You can also choose to participate in the 5K Run. No dogs participate in the run. Every $100 raised earns an exclusive event t-shirt. Whether you choose to Walk or Run, there is a $20 Registration Fee. You can pay this through our secure, online link, or you can mail a check. How do you plan to pay the Registration Fee?
